1. Delivery Charges
The delivery charge varies depending on your purchase.
The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties should they be imposed on the items delivered.
We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend such offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
2. Problems with Your Order
We want you to have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order, please contact us through email or call to inform us of the nature of the problem and we will advise you accordingly.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unable to play the DVD(s) that you received, or if they are physically damaged at the point of delivery, we are happy to accept a return and exchange within 21 days of delivery.
4. Return Instructions for Purchases
Items purchased online can be returned by post or at our office. Kindly email or call us to inform your intention to request a refund and state the reason for the refund.
Do note that you will have to bear all shipping charges involved should you wish to Return or Exchange by post. To avoid such charges, you may wish to return and exchange at our office.
